The Final Journal

Greetings to all of you, this is Night's littlesister writing through his computer and profile.
It is with a very heavy heart I inform you all that Night passed away on Friday October 20th 2017.
He passed quickly, surrounded by people who loved him deeply.
I and the rest of his family want to thank you all for being such beautiful and caring friends to our brother/son for all these years.
He was very happy to have you all, to share his art and do collaborations with storywriters.
All of you were a big part of his life, and a very big joy in his dark hours.
What many of you don't know is that he suffered from the disease Fibres Dysplasia Ossifficans Progressiva (FOP) for the last 14 years. He was heavily disabled and could not live a normal life. For the last 4 years he was bed-bound, and the computer was his only way to reach the rest of the world. That is how important you were to him, and therefore to all of us in his family.
There are no words that could describe my happiness and gratitude for all of you, so I'll settle for Thank You. Thank you for making my brothers life fun and loving. Thank you for giving him a chance to express himself and to be a part of something bigger than his bedroom <3
The funeral will be held tomorrow, Thursday 16th of November, in his beloved hometown Ludvika in Sweden.
This profile will be kept open, and we will not log him out for another week or two, so we will be able to see your responds and so on.

So, some of you might wonder why I haven't uploaded any art,
or stories, or updates... or basically anything at all, lately.
The short-ish version is that I have not been feeling well lately,
and because of that, I have been unable to draw and write stories,
And I've been less active over-all both here and on other sites due to being more tired
because of the not-feeling-well part draining most of my energy.
Basically I've had some kind of Flu, or flu-like stuff, AND some other problems too,
both at the same time, affecting each other to make it even worse.
On the plus side, I think I MIGHT be getting better now (although slowly, but better slow than not at all, I suppose).
On the minus side...
Art is post-poned until further notice. Hopefully I'll get better and be able to do art again in
the future, but as of now, it's unsure.
Writing of the "Cloudsdale Reunion" story is on Hiatus for the time being,
but WILL be continued as soon as I'm feeling good enough.
(However, I have no idea how long that will take... )
Writing of the Halloween story is cancelled for now,
but the story itself remains on my Ideas-list.
So it will NOT be written for Halloween this year as I originally planned,
but it MIGHT still be written some other time. (for example, maybe next years Halloween).

Story Update

New plan.
I'm saving the Ghost story for later.
I plan on writing it and having it done for upload on Halloween this year, as this years Halloween project,
instead of a picture.
So for now, I'll focus on Cloudsdale Reunion until then.
However, due to writers block, the chapter might still take some time.
I know what I want to write, I just need to actually do it, and also figure out how to write it all..
scenes, dialogue etc...

Order of business:
Cloudsdale Academy
The next chapter is officially DONE.
It will be uploaded within the next few days, before the week is over.
(For reference, It's currently Thursday afternoon here in Sweden at the time I write this journal)
Ghost Story
Due to reasons I won't go into too much detail on, the ghost story has been delayed.
Long story short, I haven't been feeling well for a while, and I've also had a writers block.
Due to these to reasons combined, I have only barely started the ghost story (prologue is done),
but have NOT been able to get beyond that point yet.
I will keep trying, and hopefully the writers block will cease soon.
Other News
I "fired" my Pre-reader.
I had a talk with him recently, and we came to the conclusion that we simply slow each other down too much.
I'm a slow writer, and he doesn't have enough free time - these two facts combined is the reason why it has taken
so long between chapters in Cloudsdale Academy. Partly my fault, Partly his.
So by firing him, TWO things will happen to Cloudsdale Academy (and all other upcoming stories, including the ghost story)
On the GOOD side - chapters and stories will be uploaded more often, due to removal of the pre-reading stage, which took a lot of time.
But on the BAD side, that also means an increased risk of spelling and grammar errors.
SO, if you notice any errors in the stories, feel free to point it out, so I can determine if I need to fix it or not,
depending on how serious it is.
This means that this weeks chapter is the LAST PRE-READ chapter, and from next chapter on, it will be without pre-reading.
SO, I'd like to take this chance to give a special thanks to Nobody , who was my pre-reader for the Trilogy from the start.
He's been with me the whole way from even before I started writing the trilogy, several years ago (yes, it has taken me years).
THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP, CLEVER - WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT AND HELP, THE TRILOGY WOULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN THIS FAR...
I*m sorry you're not gonna be part of the project until the end, but I'm extremely thankful for your help this far... THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Crystals for the Crystal Princess.

SO, Thanks to my sister, MadameDeNoir , I know have a crystal cluster.
(yes, actual crystal cluster, she literally went into the woods and dug it up from the ground... we have stuff like
this in Sweden. Google it if you don't believe me.)
So, naturally, based on it's size compared to my Cadance figurine...
We just HAD to give it to Cadance to stand on. Crystal Empire princess, standing on actual crystal cluster...
Makes perfect sense.
And for proof, here's a couple of pics. Click on them to see full-size.
